“ We visited The Burrow when they first opened. We sat at the bar and enjoyed local Odd Colony beer and unique craft cocktails. We shared a Root Vegetable Salad and then ordered an appetizer and entree to share. The Elk Tartare with housemade potato chips was exquisite. And the Hot Honey Fried Chicken Sandwich is our new favorite in town. We finished up with a lovely Honey Lavender Creme Brulee. The staff is awesome, as we would expect, and the kitchen took it to the next level. Highly recommended! Great place to bring friends and visitors. ”

“ I was in town and looking for unique spots to try and just found the Burrow through google I dropped by 22124 which was their first week being open if I remember right. The exterior is amazing and feels like Gotham in all the good ways, the interior is no different, dark, art deco academia and hipster. Emphasis on the hipster, they serve room temp water which I fully respect and appreciate the bold move. Their menu was very unique I opted for the root vegetable salad which was very good, and I really liked their green goddess dressing, but that salad is not for everybody, not what youd call a crowd pleaser so dont recommend it to your whiny mother. However I do recommend the Hot Honey Fried Chicken Sandwich which was extra crunchy, hot and juicy, absolutely delicious, maybe a tad on the salty side but a hit for me. I appreciated the use of chicken thighs too. The service I give an 810 as our server did not check on us enough, and the food took 30 minutes, however over all this place is 1010 this place was great, I only wish I had the chance to try more but we were doing a crawl and this was one of many stops on our tour. Would definitely come back, their menu looks amazing and I love the vibe! ”

“ From the moment you walk into their little area you get a cozy, welcoming vibe. Outside is just as great as the inside, but as you walk in you get a feel for the history of the old sacred heart hospital. The food is incredible and I have enjoyed everything from the fried brie stix, venison wild boar meatballs, to the root vegetable salad and fish sammy! The cocktails are delicious and Im sure Ive tried just about all of them at this point, plus odd colony beers on tap? Absolutely. One of my new fav places! ”

“ For a couple who lives nearly 2 hours away we frequent Odd Colony Brewing fairly regularly so we were extremely excited about The Burrow opening. We had very high hopes for The Burrow and they did not disappoint! The food and cocktails were well executed and fit perfectly with vibe they were going for. Its obvious the beer is great because you can expect nothing less from Odd Colony. The atmosphere is amazing and you can tell the work they have put into making this place special. I love how unique and beautiful the 70s aesthetic is. As we visited on opening weekend the place was crowded but our service was still excellent. We havent been able to visit the Biergarten but are excited about making a trip this summer for the purpose of trying it out. ”

“ We stopped in on a breezy afternoon and found the Burrow very nice. Its in the historic Sacred Heart Hospital building. They have indoor seating as well as a very nice outdoor seating and play area along with its own bar. The menu is well done and offers plenty of choices. We had the Raclette Fries and they were fabulous! They also have a full bar offering featured cocktails as well as whatever you prefer. Plenty of good cold beer as well. “ The Burrow is phenomenal! Ive tried almost everything on the menu including previous menus and every single thing Ive had is amazing. The Brie Stix and Brussel Sprouts are my fav apps. All the salads are delicious And if I had to choose, I would say the hot honey chicken sandwich is the best. The sour beer is so good and they have great wine. The service is wonderful, the atmosphere is nice and Chef Amy and her krewe are the absolute best! ”

“ I absolutely LOVED the food and atmosphere at The Burrow! The Hot Honey Fried Chicken Sandwich was an absolute 1010, and dont even get me started on the Hot Artichoke Dip another perfect 1010! The only thing that slightly bothered me was that the bread wasnt cut all the way through for the dip, making it a bit difficult to tear apart. But despite that minor hiccup, my experience was unforgettable and I cant wait to go back for more delicious food and incredible vibes! ”
